Design and delivery
For longer publications, structure and readability matter as much as the first impression. We develop a consistent layout and coordinate format, paper and finishing with the intended use and printer. Proofing rounds and print approval are part of the plan.
How we get started
For an initial estimate, share the type of publication, approximate page count, available text and images, print quantity and delivery date. We confirm the printer’s specifications before preparing the final files.
Frequently asked questions
Can I commission the design of a single book?
Yes. Book design and typesetting can be commissioned on their own. Print coordination can be included if needed.
Do the text and images need to be finished?
Samples and an outline are enough for an initial estimate. An agreed text version is helpful before full typesetting. Missing content and later changes are accounted for in the plan.
Can KD Studio arrange printing too?
Yes, print coordination can be included. Format, quantity, paper, finishing, file requirements and delivery are agreed with the printer. The proposal sets out what is included.
Can I enquire about a small design job?
Yes, individual menus, flyers, posters and other print pieces can be discussed. A short description, existing materials and the required date help us assess the scope and feasibility.
Who checks the content before printing?
The client gives content approval. Names, figures, prices, contact details and image assignments should be checked carefully. Design and technical file preparation are handled within the agreed scope.
